Considering IVF?

Fertility problems affect many couples and many eventually turn to IVF treatment.

I provide a series of sessions specially designed to help you through the process of IVF. Although the course has a general element it will of course be tailored to your individual requirements. The course provides a blend of advanced techniques which allows you to be more proactive in the course of your IVF treatment and therefore more confident and relaxed.

Some people may find elements of the IVF procedure uncomfortable if not painful and this is largely due to muscle tension. The use of hypnotherapy techniques can allow the individual to remain relaxed, to be able to relax the appropriate muscle groups and so control any discomfort.

Because the course is individually tailored the initial consultation will be primarily to assess you and to introduce you to the techniques that will be used throughout your sessions. We will discuss your experiences so far and start working towards a positive outcome.

As you move through the process of IVF subsequent sessions will introduce more elements to help you maximise your chances of a successful pregnancy.

At various stages you will be provided with a cd to use for practice and as an aid.

The main contributing factor in failure of IVF is the expulsion of the embryos caused by the contraction of the uterus following the embryo transfer. It therefore stands to reason that by being able to increase the ability of the uterus to remain relaxed then there is an increased chance of implantation taking place.

The whole course is aimed at helping you as an individual maximise your chances of a successful pregnancy.
