Self hypnosis is taking deep relaxation one step further to enable you to effect change in yourself. It has multiple uses from pain control to boosting your self confidence.
By the end of the course you will have an understanding on how to use and benefit from self hypnosis.
Walking for Fitness and Weight Loss
A combination of walking in a group outside reaping the benefits of fresh air and exercise and motivational coaching to change attitudes to food, eating and exercise.
One individual session of Hypnosis/ NLP or Motivational Coaching is included in each course as is a personal log to monitor progress.
